I am a native of Charlotte, NC and have grown up in the North and South Carolina area settling back in Charlotte in the early Eighties.
My musical training started with the Guitar while in the 2nd grade. This ended up being a very short-lived period. My musical interest
didn't recur until Jr. High School when I started back by learning to play the Trombone. This enabled me to learn music theory and
eventually re-sparked my interest in Guitar. While in High School, I took up trying to teach myself how to play Guitar again. At 16,
I picked up a Bass for the first time and while sitting around trying to learn a Chicago bass line realized that this was home!
Since then the Bass has been my primary instrument. I've played off and on with bands throughout the years, teaming up with Jeff in
the late Nineties and early Two Thousands. Meeting up with Jason in '07, we got to talking and learned of each others interest in music
and decided to get together and jam some. We talked Jeff into joining us and from there the project that became Sin of a Nation was born.
